In the centre of Limassol, no.75space offers a contemporary Pilates experience where mindful movement, design, and comfort come together.

Our group reformer classes welcome up to 12 clients, delivering focused full-body sessions that strengthen, lengthen, and restore balance.

We operate Monday to Saturday, right in the heart of Limassol.

We also curate corporate wellness events, bringing the no.75space atmosphere into professional environments.

The studio is designed with simplicity and ease in mind, featuring modern dressing rooms with showers and lockers, private parking exclusively for clients, and our new infrared sauna for deep relaxation and recovery.

Androniki Prokopiou, Founder and Creative Director of No.75space pilates studio in Limassol

Androniki Prokopiou

Founder & Creative Director – no.75space

Born in Limassol, Androniki began her journey in dance before graduating from the Professional Dance School of Despina Gregoriadou in Athens in 2004 with a degree in Classical and Contemporary Dance Teaching. She continued her studies in New York on a scholarship at the Merce Cunningham Studio, where she earned her Cunningham Technique Teaching Diploma, and later completed her Pilates Mat and Equipment certification at Kinected (Kane School, New York). After an international career performing and collaborating across New York, Tokyo, Toronto, and Moscow, Androniki returned to Cyprus in 2015. She is the founder and creative mind behind no.75space, a Pilates studio that blends movement, design, and mindful energy — a space she envisioned and built to inspire balance, strength, and connection.

Jelica Draskoci

Instructor

Jelica is originally from Serbia and holds a degree in Physical Education. A former dancer, she brings precision, flow, and creativity into every class. Trained in Pilates through leading American and Canadian schools, her teaching blends technique with a contemporary, mindful approach. (And if she says “one last exercise,” expect a few more — always with a smile.)

Alexander Michael

Instructor

Alexander Michael is a British/Cypriot citizen. He began his formal dance training at the School of Toronto Dance Theatre in 1994. He embarked on a performing career dancing with some of Canada’s most respected choreographers such as David Earle, Darryl Hoskins, and Patricia Beatty. In 1997, he joined the highly-esteemed Martha Graham School of Contemporary Dance on a full scholarship and the Martha Graham Ensemble as a principal dancer and toured USA. Alex has performed with various dance companies and choreographers as a dancer and choreographer. He has also worked with directors in television series and films as an actor and television presenter. He became a lecture and full- time faculty of the Dance Programme at the University of Nicosia 2008-2023. Mr. Michael holds an MSc Dance Science degree from the University of Wolverhampton. Various Pilates qualifications and has attended workshops in other physical techniques such as the Feldenkrais Method, Alexander Technique and Cranial Sacral Technique. His hobbies include free-diving, red wine and violent video games.
