About Our Studio.
We are located in Limassol city center, easily accessible with private parking available for our clients.
Group Reformer Pilates classes and Ballet Barre classes.
Up to 12 clients per Reformer class and 7 clients for Ballet Barre.
All classes are taught in English. We welcome clients from all nationalities.
Absolutely—our instructors guide you through every step.
Booking & App.
All bookings are made through our app MyFitnessTrainer. Once you create an account, you can purchase and book instantly.
Yes, all bookings and payments must be made through the app.
Scan the QR code on our website or search 'MyFitnessTrainer' in the App Store. Use the first-time user credentials to create your account. Username: newmember | Password: S75001
Yes, up to two weeks in advance, depending on your package.
Choose your class and tap 'Join Waitlist'. You will receive a message if a spot becomes available.
Yes, all cancellations are managed through the app.
Payments & Packages.
Card payments through the app, Revolut, or cash.
Yes. You must have active credits in your account in order to book a class.
Single class, 5-class, 10-class, and 20-class packages.
All packages are valid for 2 months from the date of purchase.
Extensions are only offered with a medical certificate.
We currently offer flexible class packages instead of monthly memberships.
Cancellation Policy.
All cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class—no exceptions.
Any cancellation made less than 12 hours before the class.
A credit will be deducted automatically.
No, all packages are non-refundable.
No, credits are personal and non-transferable.
Classes & Experience.
Comfortable workout clothing. Grip socks are mandatory for all classes and can be purchased at the studio for €10.
A towel for the reformer is recommended.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class.

Yes—please inform the instructor before class. Participation depends on the type of injury.
Yes, with your doctor’s clearance.
No, we currently offer group classes only.
Studio Amenities.
Yes—secure digital lockers with PIN access.
We offer fresh filtered water in our kitchenette area. Disposable towels are available to purchase.
Yes—a cosy, minimalist lounge for our clients.
Yes—available exclusively for studio clients.
Yes, sauna bookings are made separately.

Yes—beautiful printed gift cards are available.
