These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the no.75space website, client accounts, bookings, memberships, class packages, and all studio services. By accessing our website, creating an account, or booking a class, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. About no.75space

no.75space is a Pilates and wellness studio based in Limassol, Cyprus, offering group classes, private sessions, and related services.

2. Client Accounts

• All clients must create and maintain a personal account to book classes or purchase services.

• Account information must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

• Each account is for individual use only and may not be shared.

• no.75space reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse or breach of these Terms.
   

3. Bookings & Payments

• All classes, memberships, and packages must be prepaid to confirm a booking.

• Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been successfully completed.

• Prices, class schedules, and availability are subject to change at any time.

• Payments can be made via approved payment methods offered through the website or studio.
   

4. Memberships & Class Packages

• Memberships and class packages are valid for a limited period from the date of purchase, as stated at the time of sale.

• All memberships and packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-shareable.

• Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be extended unless explicitly stated.
   

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class start time.

• Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged as attended sessions.

• Private sessions are subject to the same cancellation policy unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   

6. Arrival & Class Participation

• Clients are expected to arrive 5–10 minutes before class start time.

• Late arrivals may be denied entry for safety reasons and will be charged as attended.

• Instructors reserve the right to refuse participation if a client’s lateness, behaviour, or condition poses a safety risk.
   

7. Health, Safety & Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in classes.

• Any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations must be disclosed to the instructor prior to class.

• Participation in all classes is at the client’s own risk.

• no.75space and its instructors are not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or disclose relevant health information.
   

8. Studio Etiquette & Conduct

• Clients must respect instructors, staff, and other clients at all times.

• Phones must be on silent during classes.

• A calm and respectful environment must be maintained.

• no.75space reserves the right to refuse service or remove clients for inappropriate or disruptive behaviour without refund.
   

9. Personal Belongings

• no.75space is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought into the studio.
   

10. Changes to Services

• no.75space reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, services, or studio operations when necessary.

• Where possible, clients will be informed in advance of significant changes.
   

11. Intellectual Property

• All website content, branding, logos, text, and imagery are the property of no.75space and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.
   

12. Privacy & Data Protection

• Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.
   

13. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, no.75space shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the studio, website, or services.
   

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts.
